Yes, we work exclusively with QuickBooks Online. If you're currently using desktop QuickBooks or another system, we can help you transition. QuickBooks Online offers:

Communication frequency depends on your package:

While we don't prepare tax returns, we work closely with CPAs and tax preparers. We ensure your books are accurate, organized, and ready for tax time. We can provide:

Many of our clients find their tax prep fees are lower because their books are already in perfect order.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll work to make it right. For monthly services, there's no long-term contract—either party can end the relationship with 30 days notice.
